Business Financial Professional
Assist in the execution of the Program’s Budget through the creation/maintenance of spend plans, requisitions and their supporting documents. Coordinate financial data with the customer, such as Business Financial Managers and Program Managers.
Responsibilities
-
Prepare and support delivery of presentations to assist with program and initiative status reviews.

Provide acquisition support on functions of program management by analyzing financial execution and projection reports from vendors.

Attend contract reviews to assist the customer in conducting cost estimating and monitoring of program/initiative outcomes.

Perform data analysis using MS Excel with pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts to present data clearly and effectively.
Qualifications
-
Four (4) years of DoD, IC, or 6 (six) years of combined DoD, IC and commercial experience in purchasing or finance required.
-
Government financial management system and its interfaces experience is preferred.

In lieu of two (2) years of experience, an undergraduate degree with a business focus is acceptable.

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel to include creating formulas and pivot tables is required.
Program Integrator
The Program Integrator shall assist individual program managers, initiative leads with monitoring and reporting on the overall health of programs, initiatives, and/or a portfolio. Perform holistic analysis across multiple contracts to identify cost, schedule and performance concerns for a program or initiative. Draft acquisition and program documents such as Statements of Work (SOWs), Program Management Plans (PMPs), Risk Management Plans, program schedules, and Acquisition Strategies.

Qualifications
-
Twelve (12) years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD/IC program management, contract management, and/or financial management, and a Bachelor’s Degree with a business or technical focus is required.

In lieu of a degree, Project Management Institute PMP certification, Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) certification, or DAWIA Level III in any focus area, and an additional three (3) years of directly related experience for a total of fifteen (15) years may be substituted.

In lieu of certification, an additional three (3) years of directly related experience for a total of eighteen (18) years may be substituted. Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel is required to include demonstrated use of pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts.
System Engineer
The ideal candidate will analyze user’s requirements, concept of operations documents, and high level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications. Analyze system requirements and lead design and development activities. Guide users in formulating requirements, advise alternative approaches, and conduct feasibility studies. Provide technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology.
Responsibilities

Incorporates new plans, designs and systems into ongoing operations.

Develops technical documentation.

Develops system Architecture and system design documentation.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline

Seven (7) years experience as a SE in programs and contracts

Experience guiding system development and implementation planning

Experience working with customers regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations
